Shipping & Delivery

We are working hard to ship your goods as soon as possible. All our products are shipped directly from our design studio in Vienna (if not stated otherwise).

We guarantee that all our orders will be shipped within one week. Should there be a problem with your order we will reach out to you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Delivery Times and Tracking

All our products will be shipped directly from our Vienna based design studio HFA Studio.

Our parcels are shipped with Post.at and usually will meet your wardrobe within a few working days. All customers receive a tracking number, as soon as the goods have been handed over the respective shipping service. 

Austria: € 5.00 | European union: € 10.00 | Rest of the world: € 15.00

Please be aware that customs and import duties may apply in your country.

Not happy? Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at High Functional Addicts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from High Functional Addicts.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
